FAQs

Do I have to be a member of the church to receive counselling?

No, it is our joy to serve any individuals, couples, and families in our community and beyond. We welcome all people regardless of faith.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, Credit, Debit, Cheque and E-transfer

What is your cancellation policy?

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not given 24 hours notice in advance, you will be required to pay half the cost of the session.

How many sessions will I need?

Counsellors determine the number of sessions according to your individual needs. Your counsellor will work with you to determine the number of sessions recommended, although your total investment is often not known at the onset of counselling.

Do you offer remote consultations?

Yes, we can offer consultations over Zoom.

Do you take insurance or benefits?

We request that you pay for sessions at your appointment. We will provide you with a receipt that you may submit it to your benefit provider to request reimbursement. Before you do, you may want to contact them and discuss your particular benefits, as many coverage providers require counsellors to have a registration number or particular credentials. Though our counsellors are specifically educated and trained, we are a Christian Counselling Centre and as such, they can not be registered with associations that most benefits providers required. If you have any questions in this regard please contact us of your specific provider for more information.
